Job Overview
As an SAP Team Lead, you will oversee the deployment, enhancement, and support of SAP applications within the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to understand their SAP needs, leading a team of SAP professionals, and ensuring efficient project execution. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing SAP systems to enhance business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants and developers.
- Coordinate with business units to identify SAP requirements and solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP modules.
- Ensure timely delivery of SAP projects within budget and scope.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track project progress and resolve issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the SAP team.
- Monitor SAP system performance and implement improvements.
- Develop and execute SAP training programs for team members and end-users.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners for SAP-related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation and support.
- Proven leadership experience managing SAP projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
